Through her passion, care, and dedication, Bobie grew Wig Palace into the most trusted and respected wig shoppe in the area, ultimately establishing it as the number one destination for wigs, hairpieces, and personalized service. Her legacy is one of compassion, excellence, and community impact, and it continues to be felt in every client experience today.

Today, Wig Palace proudly enters its next chapter under the leadership of Celena Phelan, who is honored to carry forward Bobie’s incredible vision while thoughtfully expanding it. With over 22 years of experience in the hair industry, Celena brings a unique blend of artistry, technical expertise, and heartfelt client care. Her deep understanding of hair—combined with her ability to listen, guide, and support—allows Wig Palace to continue serving clients with confidence and integrity.

As the owner of a full-service salon, Celena also brings additional resources, education, and industry-leading support to Wig Palace. This allows the shoppe to offer enhanced services, expanded inventory, and a truly full-service experience—from wig fittings and trims to ongoing maintenance and styling.
